15 Protein-packed Vegetarian Meals - Weekly Roundup
After our experience with meat, now I am in the mood for vegetarian food. As it happens, pregnancy has made me intolerant for many foods that I used to eat all the time, as examples: chicken, peanuts and potato chips are BANNED! I can't stand even the sight of them! But on the other hand, I have developed a taste for fruits and vegetables and I honestly can't have enough. I've been considering becoming a vegetarian for a while, because I can forgo meat but never, ever, ever cheese!
Before my pregnancy my husband and I used to go all the time for wine tasting: sometimes it was wine paired with chocolate (have you tried Sauvignon Blanc with white chocolate? It's heavenly!), other times would be wine with cheese, and I would end up eating my husband's portions as he doesn't like fancy cheeses that much.
People tell me that I must continue to eat meat because the baby needs iron and proteins, but I think I can get those from nature itself. That is why I decided to ask fellow food bloggers to share with us their favorite vegetarian recipes!
