Apple Chips: A sweet treat for cold winter days

Apple Chips: A sweet treat for cold winter days

It's winter in Cape Town! All of the sudden it got very cold. I was complaining last week about the sun being too strong, and the heat never going away. Sometimes I forget this is Africa! But after the Big Storm we had on June 7th the weather drastically changed.

That day I was allowed to work from home, due to the emergency weather, and in the afternoon, after I was done, I was in the mood for something sweet. We had plenty of apples, so 30 minutes later we had these beauties!

Now, you have to be careful while baking them. They might cook very quickly if the slices are too thin, so keep an eye on them!
