How to make super fluffy scrambled eggs
II've found that there is nothing better than starting the day with a good breakfast, and when I eat eggs I find myself eating less junk, and eating less in general. Eggs are an excellent source of good proteins and minerals, and it is one of the healthiest foods on the planet, despite the fact that they have been demonized in the past.
I've been trying to be mindful about what I eat and try to have eggs at least twice a week, and while researching if eggs were a good fit for me, I found a piece of information that really caught my attention: you should eat eggs that are omega-3 enriched or pastured eggs (free range eggs), as apparently, they are more nutritious than factory-raised chickens. Also, let's not forget what terrible places those factories are.
Back to the recipe, I've heard some people like to add milk or cheese to the eggs, and in my personal experience cheddar cheese works the best. Another tip is to put the eggs in a blender, but if like me, you lack time and patience, a fork will yield the same result.
After the eggs are mixed, put them in a very hot pan. I usually use a spray instead of butter or oil, but it’s totally up to you if you want to use something else. Add a little bit of salt, pepper, and chives, and mix it again for a few minutes. It’s very quick and easy. Before serving, I like to add a little seasoning that I discovered in South Africa: Aromat; goes very well with potato chips as well!
