Yoghurt Bowl to jumpstart your morning
I didn't like plain yoghurt that much until I discovered double-cream yoghurt. Now I eat it most days for breakfast, or as a snack when I'm home, or in smoothies. I have a mild gluten intolerance and have found that yoghurt helps to normalise my digestion. For this one, I used one banana, one peach, a cup of double cream plain yoghurt and some mixed nuts.
Recipe - Breakfast Yoghurt
Ingredients (1 serving):
- One cup of double cream yoghurt. I'm not sponsored so any brand will do.
- One banana.
- One peach.
- 25 grams of your favorite kind of nuts.
- Put the yogurt at the bottom of your plate.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and enjoy.
